Method No need for a mixer for this recipe. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). With a wooden spoon, mix butter or oil into the mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Mix in the sweetener, egg, and vanilla. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in. Add the flour last, mix. Pour mixture into an oiled 4x8 inch loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour. Cool on a rack. Remove from pan and slice to serve this delicious nutrient rich bread!
JNANTIK Vegan and Gluten-Free Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 ½ cup gluten-free flour (GF oat, rice, corn etc.)
Preheat the oven to 350F degrees. Combine flours, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in one bowl. Combine coconut oil, sugar, flax egg and vanilla in another bowl. If coconut oil is solid, melt over a double boiler and then mix in with sugar, vanilla, and flax egg. Add this mixture to the flour mixture, mix well and add chocolate chips. Part into cookie balls on a cookie sheet and put in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

Add 8 oz of hot water to a cup with 1 or 2 tb of Mayan Coffee Alternative Stir and add a touch of your favorite milk (we love coconut milk in this one) Add your sweetener of choice (we love honey) Stir and enjoy!
