The picture above is of two Iced Mayan Seed Lattes: I added the Mayan Seed (Jnantik Mayan Coffee Alternative or Jnantik Mayan Mother's Tea) to hot water and let it steep and cool down for ten minutes. Meanwhile, I blended 1 cup of raw almonds (which were soaked overnight) with 2 cups water, a dash of vanilla bean and 2-3 dates. I strained the milk, mixed with the Jnantik Mayan Coffee Alternative that I had prepared, and poured over ice. Yum!
